Industry endorsements — matched to your site
Specialized sites get specialized officers. These certifications are assigned by post type, and an officer without the endorsement does not stand the post.

How training works at SECURICO
Training is continuous, not an orientation video. New officers complete state licensing requirements plus all thirteen SECURICO core modules before their first solo shift. Industry endorsements are assigned by site type — an officer does not stand a hospital post without HIPAA sensitivity training, a school post without child-safe certification, or a truck gate without Logistics Operations 101. Refreshers, armed qualifications and supervisor development run year-round, and unannounced field audits verify that training shows up on real posts.
