Agreement to these terms
This website is operated by SECURICO Guard Services, Inc., a California corporation. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms govern the website only — if you engage us to provide guard services, that engagement is governed by the separate written service agreement you sign, and where the two conflict on anything to do with the service, the service agreement wins.
Quotes and estimates
The instant quote tool returns an estimate generated from the information you supply. It is an indication of price, not an offer capable of acceptance and not a binding contract. Rates depend on the post, the schedule, the site conditions, the officer classification and any licensing or insurance requirements particular to your property, and a figure can change once we know those. Published rates are starting rates: they describe the lowest price at which a standard unarmed post in that market begins, not the price every job will be. Nothing becomes binding on either of us until we have both signed a service agreement.
Using the site properly
You may use this site to learn about our services, to request a quote and to apply for a job. You may not use it to submit false or another person's information, to scrape or bulk-download the site, to probe or interfere with its security, to overload the quote or RFP endpoints, or to send anything unlawful, defamatory or malicious. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe any of that is happening.
Accounts and portals
Client and employee portals are provided under separate credentials. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your login, and you agree to tell us promptly if you believe your credentials have been compromised.
Our content
The text, layout, graphics, photographs, logos and software on this site belong to SECURICO or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. The SECURICO name and mark are ours. You may view and print pages for your own business purposes; you may not copy, republish, sell or use them commercially, or use our marks, without our written permission.

Where we link to another organization's site we do so for information. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

Again, this concerns the website: liability arising from guard services we actually perform is dealt with in the service agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify SECURICO against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
